## Managed account status

Managed connections show a **Managed** badge on the Linked Accounts page in the dashboard, so you can always see which accounts Cobalt maintains and which your team owns.

## Accessing credentials

You retain full access to every managed account. Privileged admins can view a managed account's current username and password on demand in the dashboard, and generate a current MFA code to complete a direct EHR login. Every credential view is audit logged.

## How credentials are stored

Credentials are stored encrypted with per-customer keys and are never sent over email. For details on storage, see our security documentation or ask us for the current security posture summary.
