Managed account status

Managed connections show a Managed badge on the Linked Accounts page in the dashboard, so you can always see which accounts Cobalt maintains and which your team owns.

Accessing credentials

You retain full access to every managed account. Privileged admins can view a managed account’s current username and password on demand in the dashboard, and generate a current MFA code to complete a direct EHR login. Every credential view is audit logged.

How credentials are stored

Credentials are stored encrypted with per-customer keys and are never sent over email. For details on storage, see our security documentation or ask us for the current security posture summary.
